Relocating to San Diego's Inland North County

  • Customized Property Lists
  • Temporary Housing Assistance
  • Private/Individual Relocation Specialist

Did you know that every year more than 25% of the population is moving?
Did you know that relocation has moved up to #4 on the "life's stress" list?
Did you know that the number one concern of most families is the career that one spouse is giving up to advance the other's?
Did you know that children adjust better when you move in the school year?

You may be excited to move, but your family may have mixed or even negative emotions. These feelings are common. There are many ways I can help make everyone feel the excitement about relocating to the North County of San Diego.

If the same career path is not readily available to your spouse, the issue may become Quality of life, an issue that may determine whether you move or not. To help you answer these quality of life issues/questions, I will provide lists of everything from civic groups to sports to churches to schools to you, you just name it. Remember that the Silicon Valley, Santa Clara County, has a very steady growth rate - Projections indicate somewhere around a 10-15% increase in property values in the next 3-5 years. Steady job growth is also predicted.

Quality of life, as I said, is a big issue for many, often the biggest. The location, size and type of home you can find here will be a big factor in deciding to relocate. The average relocating family is able to find what they need and more often it exceeds their expectations.

Relocating parents are often concerned about schools and safety. I will provide a packet of information, customized to your area and needs. I highly recommend you visit the school principal and talk to the PTA president of any school you are interested in.

The first step, before you visit, is to profile the kind of home you have how, the kind of home you are likely to need, and I will send you detailed lists of all the houses that seem to match. Your knowledge of the areas housing will be developed before you ever come to visit! This will make your visit here more productive, whether your visit is for a look or to find and buy a house. Just know that I will work as fast or as slow as your timetable dictates.

If you have a home to sell, I can help you find the right Realtor. My network and computerized services allow me to find the agent that sells the most homes and/or is the most qualified in your specific neighborhood no matter where you live or own nationwide. Even if you know who you want to hire, let me send someone to compare them with. The benefit to you on this end when we work with a top agent on your home sale is it will make it much more likely you can sell and move in one easy coordinated step, saving time, money, and hassles.

When you know you are coming, be sure to let me know. I will handle everything. I know great child care facilities. I can arrange school and principal meetings. Most importantly, I can block out the time to take care of your needs. First we'll meet for a counseling session to give you a thorough overview of the area and to decide what type of neighborhoods and houses to see.

I will also provide you with a list of Mortgage Brokers and Residential Lenders which you can call for rates, cost of buying estimated, Pre-Qualification, and Pre-Approval.

Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to share my services with you.
